Individual Needs Assistant
Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pevensey & Westham CE Primary School, starting in September.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives by enabling them to learn, thrive, and achieve their full potential.
Personal attributes
- Previous experience working in a Primary School setting.
- Experience in supporting children with additional needs.
- Knowledge and experience of autism preferred
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach and the initiative to contribute effectively.
- Resilience, energy, and a commitment to engaging both pupils and their parents.
Salary and hours
Salary from � to � per
Hours: 29.6 hours per week 8.30 – 15.10 Monday – Friday, Part-time term-time only
